How do I contact PlantGrail?
Email hello@plantgrail.com. Include the plant, the symptom you observed, and the plantgrail.com page URL so we can trace the claim to a Grail record. For course purchases, include the email address used at checkout. For the iPhone app, include your iOS version and what you were doing when the problem happened.
What can we help with?
- Corrections to a published guide, problem page or article
- PlantGrail app questions, including subscriptions and scans
- Lost access links for digital courses
- Press and dataset questions about the State of Houseplant Health census
- Developer questions about the public JSON API, OpenAPI document, and Markdown content negotiation (see developer resources)
What can’t we do by email?
We cannot inspect a live plant from a photo with the same rigor as a full problem page, and we do not provide emergency veterinary or medical advice. If a plant is collapsing, start with its page in the plant directory, then the problem index, then email us with that URL if the advice looks wrong. App Store billing and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple account.
How quickly will you reply?
Purchase-access issues are treated as support tickets and usually receive a reply within two business days. Editorial corrections are reviewed with the next knowledge-base update. We do not operate a walk-in office or a phone line; email is the system of record so the conversation can be attached to a Grail or course record.
